Dr. Wallace Carrillo-Medina earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2009. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency with Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he received extensive clinical training in comprehensive dental care.
Dr. Wallace later earned a Master of Science in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. During his graduate training, he published research titled “Systematic Review with Meta-Analyses of Natural Products in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis.”
He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Wallace enjoys building meaningful relationships with his patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident about their oral health. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he takes pride in providing compassionate care to a diverse community.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wallace enjoys teaching at his church, reading, playing chess, writing songs, and spending time with his wife and two children. He is excited to be back at Relax Dental and looks forward to caring for you and your family!

Dr. Glavich began his academic journey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team and received his Bachelor’s Degree. He later attended East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree with Honors and met his wife.
Dr. Glavich chose to pursue dentistry out of a deep interest in using his hands to make a positive impact on others. Before entering the dental field, he enjoyed building and restoring antique furniture—a passion that continues to influence his approach to dentistry. He is committed to providing evidence-based, comprehensive care, educating his patients, and treating everyone like family.
Outside of the office, Dr. Glavich enjoys staying active at the gym, traveling to both the beach and the mountains, and spending quality time with his wife and their families.
